Who has access Access

Access is strictly limited to:

    • IT Manager

    • IT Analyst

    • Marketing Manager

    • Marketing Assistant

Access is logged and role restricted.

How long we keep your data

    • Data is retained 90 days after the promotion ends, then securely deleted.

    • Only the minimal information required to comply with audit/legal requirements may be retained.

Your rights

You may request:

    • Access to the data collected

    • Correction of any incorrect data

    • Deletion of your data (subject to eligibility verification rules)
