Terms and Conditions

Open to residents of Antigua who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, representatives, or agents of Outdoor World Ltd are not eligible.

The promotion begins at 12:00 AM on Monday November 10, 2025 and ends at 10:00 AM on Wednesday December 24, 2025.

The promotion consists of five (5) weekly draws and one (1) grand prize draw at the end of the period.

Purchase $25 or more of qualifying Frito-Lay snack products in a single transaction during the Promotion Period from participating locations.

Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry is accompanied by a unique qualifying purchase and valid receipt.

Entries must be received by 11:59 PM [local time] on the closing date of each draw period to be eligible for that week’s draw. As such, 11:59PM on November 16 is the closing time for the draw on November 17; 11:59PM on November 23 is the closing time for the draw on November 24; 11:59PM on December 7 is the closing time for the draw on December 8; 11:59PM on December 14 is the closing time for the draw on December 15; 11:59PM on December 21 is the closing time for the draw on December 22; and 8AM on December 24 is the closing time for the draw on December 24.

Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent unless required by law.

Winners may only win once during the Promotion Period. If selected again, an alternate winner will be drawn.

All participants except for previous winners will be entered into the grand prize draw on December 24, 2025.

If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 3 business days, another entrant may be selected.

The sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or does not comply with these Terms.

By entering, participants agree to abide by all decisions of the sponsor, which are final and binding.

By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name and likeness for advertising or publicity purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Personal data collected will be used solely for the administration of this promotion Outdoor World Ltd. and its affiliates are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or damaged entries; technical failures; or any injury or damage arising from participation or prize use.

The sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion in the event of technical or other issues beyond its control in accordance with the laws of Antigua & Barbuda.

All disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Antigua & Barbuda.
